I have cooking as a hobby. Recently, as I became interested in meat cooking, I learned a new about the sous vide recipe. The sous vide recipe is one of the recipes for cooking food in a vacuumed pack at water temperature for a very long time. such as, medium rare beef varies depending on the thickness, but it needs to be cooked for at least 2 hours in 58 degrees Celsius water. Recipes with a lot of barriers like this are difficult to do on my own, so I am satisfied with the videos.
I can relate to your love for cooking as I have recently also picked up cooking as a habit. This sous vide recipe sounds interesting, I might try it! My favorite thing to cook is mac & cheese because it is my favorite food.
ReplyDeleteI really like how you tied a hobby that you like (cooking) to being creative and how it could affect media. Cooking is a habit most people speak upon especially during quarantine and the idea of sous vide is very new to me. It could generate more interest over time for people who are chefs or cookers in the home planning for occasions by saving time.
